Lateral Thinking Activity

This activity focuses on Team Building. Sub groups of up to 15 work as self managing groups, drawing upon the leadership skills, thinking abilities and energies of the participants within the group.

Usually a non-competitive activity with emphasis upon an O.H & S approach to all solutions, which must also only be group solutions. Simple obstacles became as complex as the mix of personalities within the group.
