Valley Homestead promotes the concept of the Weekend Wedding. Forget the '3 hour wedding', the 'in and out' arrangements of many city reception centres. This is the country and we place value on the opportunity of family and friends catching up with each other on the special occasion of your wedding.

Consequently we encourage guests to stay overnight, if not for two nights and enjoy a leisurely breakfast the morning after in our dining room and perhaps a BBQ lunch before departing.

Whether you wish to have a formal gathering, a relaxed or more laid back occasion, our staff will spend time with you, discussing with you, your requirements, including menus, guest numbers seating, accommodation.  Guests have time to relax and fully catch up with the opportunity to take in some of the many attractions of the north east.
